Lithium/Iron batteries are around three times more efficient than traditional Lead/Acid batteries which means that up to 80% of their storage capacity is available as usable power compared to only 20-30% for a typical Lead battery. This means that a Lithium battery with a much lower capacity can provide the same starting performance so to help compare Lithium and Lead batteries all our Lithium batteries have both "Storage capacity" and "Lead/Acid equivalent capacity" ratings.
