Yes this battery is supplied pre-filled from the factory and is maintenance free

Does this battery come charged?

They are supplied with about 2/3 from the factory so can be used immediately as long as your bike is used on a regular basis. For bikes only used on an occasional basis we would suggest a full charge prior to install and on-going maintenance charging.

Can this battery be side mounted?

Yes this battery can be side mounted at up to 90 degrees from the vertical
