MDS are the sole UK importer and distributor for CSB Batteries in the UK so you can be sure you are getting the exact replacements for the original CSB Batteries that were fitted at the APC factory when your UPS was manufactured.

We would also wish to make it clear that MDS Battery Ltd are not an authorised APC dealer and this is not an APC product.
MDS offer a free battery recycling service - just send your batteries in to us and we'll do the rest - contact us for details.
Installation
To install remove the plastic front panel and undo the two screws that hold the battery compartment door closed. The door will swing down revealing the first of the two battery blocks. Remove the plug from the top left corner and pull out the first battery cube. Repeat for the second unit behind. The old batteries can be quite tight to remove so you may need to pull fairly hard. Please be careful as they are quite heavy.The new batteries can now be easily fitted do not forget to firmly re-connect the connectors for both blocks. Replace the front panel and you are finished. Most UPS deliveries are free however remote areas may have a delivery surcharge; these are generally the Scottish Highlands and Islands, most off shore islands and a few other remote or inaccessible parts of the UK.
Certain products are unavailable for post/courier delivery due to restrictions on shipping hazardous substances; these will be available for collection only or in most instances can be shipped via specialist courier or pallet service at an additional charge.

What's supplied with this kit?The MDS11 replacement kit includes the replacement batteries, all necessary wiring and connectors and install date reminder sticker.
