When and how we will send your order:
All orders that we receive before 4:30pm on a weekday will usually be processed and sent on the same day. Any orders placed after this time or on a weekend will be processed on the next working day. If there are any problems at all with your order we will try to contact you immediately by either phone or email.
Small low value items will usually be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post and these should arrive within one to two days in the UK or within three to seven days for most other countries.
Large or high value items will usually be sent by DHL courier delivery and these should arrive within two working days in the UK or within three to five days for most other countries.
Please note you will be required to sign for the courier delivery, so please ensure there is somebody at the delivery address to receive the item.
Please note that next working day service does not include Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping rates:
To find out the shipping rate for an item just click on the “Add to basket” button next to the item. It will be automatically priced for standard delivery and any available shipping upgrades will also be offered at extra cost.
Typically for shipments in the UK the price will vary from £1.49 to £4.99 depending on weight and whether we ship by post or DHL courier. All postal items are sent first class. DHL usually takes 1-2 days but can be upgraded to a guaranteed next day service.
The delivery charge for an item is calculated using the size, value and weight of each item in the shipment as well as the destination. In multiple item orders we only charge for delivery of the item with the highest shipping rate so each extra item ordered with it is delivered free.
Deliveries to non-EU countries:
Many non-EU countries charge import duty, customs charges and other local taxes on goods arriving from outside that country. Before placing an order with us for delivery to a non-EU country you should check if this will apply to you as the carrier will ask you to pay these charges before delivering your order. If they are unable to contact you or if you do not pay the amount required then the goods will be either returned to us or they may be destroyed depending on local regulations. You will not be entitled to a refund for the goods or the delivery charge.
Tracking your delivery:
Once your order has been sent we will email you to let you know it is on the way. If it has been sent by a trackable service we will also give you either the tracking number or a web link to track the shipment.

Currently all trackable shipments are sent via DHL courier service and these can be tracked at www.dhl.co.uk using the tracking number sent to you by email.
If there is a problem:
Firstly, don't panic, we are here to help. We are only human and occasionally things can go wrong, but we do believe we give good service and our staff really try very hard to do their best. If you order does not arrive on time, then please feel free to call us on 0800 310 2100 and let us try to resolve any issues. If you ordered the wrong item, or received the wrong part, then please give us a call, we can normally sort these things out quickly and easily.
If you have not been advised within a day or two that we have sent your order and we have not contacted you about it then there may be a problem with your order and you should contact us quoting your order number.
If you have been advised that your order has been sent but it has not arrived within the time quoted above then please first check your shipping notification email to see if we have sent it by a trackable service. If it has been sent by a trackable service then you should contact the carrier’s Customer Services office to get further information. If it has been sent by any other method then you should contact us us if it has not arrived after ten working days.
