Acer Company Information.

Acer Incorporated is a Taiwanese electronics maker and is the world's third largest computer manufacturer in terms of sale - behind Hewlett-Packard and Dell. Acer also make a range of PDA's and LCD TVs, although they're not market leaders

The company has done well in the past thirty years having started up in 1976 with capital of just US$25,000 it now a large multinational company with revenues of over US$11 billion and owns the Gateway brand and 75% of Packard Bell.

What Does Acer Make?

Acer make a range of desktop computers as well as a variety of notebooks in the TravelMate, Tablet PC, Aspire and Extensa. Of course, notebook parts don't last for ever, so you may need a new Acer laptop battery, an Acer laptop charger, a an Acer car charger if you're out and about a fair amount. You may also need a replacement CMOS battery for your ACER notebook.

Acer have made a handful of PDA's as well, most noticeably the S and N Series. You may also be lucky enough to own an Acer CR8530 digital camera too.
